Liza Noonan is the CEO of Cicada Innovations: a national champion for deep tech innovators. An innovation system integrator, she is passionate about science, technology, entrepreneurship and diversity of approaches to solve global challenges. Liza previously founded CSIRO’s ON Program, served as Australia’s first Science and Innovation Counsellor to Singapore, and most recently was head of Innovation at Investment NSW.
