Women in STEMM often lead in environments that are fast-moving, high-expectation, and highly visible. Technical competence is assumed, yet leadership impact and career momentum are often shaped by additional factors, including presence, communication, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
This pre-summit workshop equips participants with practical strategies to strengthen leadership presence, communication effectiveness, and career momentum in STEMM environments. The day is designed to build confidence and capability in the areas that most strongly shape influence, progression, and professional connection.
Participants will explore what supports grounded leadership under pressure, clearer communication across diverse working styles, and greater confidence in navigating career-shaping conversations. The workshop also supports participants to engage fully in the summit experience, connect meaningfully with others, and take purposeful next steps beyond the event.
