Throughout her career, Vivian has thrived in diverse environments across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, skillfully navigating various cultures and business landscapes. Her ability to identify new market opportunities led her to propose the establishment of Amplitude's operations in Australia. After relocating to spearhead this endeavor, she successfully grew the business threefold within just two years. In recognition of her hard work, strategic insight, and dedication to excellence, she was awarded MVP Sales Leader of the Year at Amplitude in 2023. Despite facing numerous strategic and management changes, Vivian remains steadfast in executing her country strategy.
