Vivian Wong is an accomplished leader currently serving as the country manager for Amplitude Analytics in Australia and New Zealand. With a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making, she has established herself as a key contributor in the tech industry, particularly in digital analytics. Throughout her career, Vivian has thrived in diverse environments across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, skillfully navigating various cultures and business landscapes. Her ability to identify new market opportunities led her to propose the establishment of Amplitude's operations in Australia. After relocating to spearhead this endeavor, she successfully grew the business threefold within just two years. In recognition of her hard work, strategic insight, and dedication to excellence, she was awarded MVP Sales Leader of the Year at Amplitude in 2023. Despite facing numerous strategic and management changes, Vivian remains steadfast in executing her country strategy. Her expertise in change management, conflict resolution, and team performance enables her to provide practical insights into cultivating a positive work environment and effectively leading teams through transitions. Committed to nurturing a high-performing team, she ensures that they embody the company’s core values and culture.
