Vanessa is a results-orientated senior Human Resources executive with a strong track record in driving organisational transformation. Her strength lies in connecting business strategy to people outcomes.

Vanessa has deep expertise in culture and leadership. She knows that culture accelerates the achievement of strategy and, that leaders directly influence cultures, both positively and negatively. As such, she has a passion for unlocking leadership potential and strengthening leadership capability.

Vanessa has successfully led large scale change through restructure, mergers & acquisitions, across diverse industries including construction, FMCG, manufacturing and telecommunications.

She is a member of the executive leadership team at Richard Crookes Constructions and plays a critical role in the development of the overall business’ strategy. She leads culture, leadership development, workforce planning as well as the development and delivery of a people & culture strategy to ensure Richard Crookes Constructions’ success.
