With over 30 years of experience in IT and business transformation, she believes that investing in her team’s success drives impactful results for clients. Throughout her career, Sam has consistently created high-performing teams, aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic goals and deliver outstanding customer value. Sam proudly joined Ventia in April 2024 as head of enterprise architecture and customer success and delivers technology solutions that are scalable, drive innovation, process efficiency and support long term growth. Sam is a mum to a teen daughter, loves to travel and is a breast cancer survivor.
