Penny was appointed as General Manager of Philanthropy and Partnerships at National Breast Cancer Foundation in May 2024. A senior executive with diverse roles and leadership expertise across commercial, nonprofit and government sectors in developing mutually beneficial and effective partnerships, funding and programs.
Before joining NBCF, Penny was the Director of External Relations at The Australian Ballet, ran a consulting practice and held senior national executive roles Starlight Children's Foundation, Leighton Group, Leo Burnett and Clemenger Advertising Agencies.
