Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in organizational transformations and is currently the CEO for VIC ICT for Women. Mary-Beth published her first book “In One Piece – A Step-by-Step Guide to Surviving Change” at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and her second book “When now, means NOW! – A handbook for career change, advancement, and progression” was launched in April 2023. Mary-Beth holds a Masters Degree in Business and Technology with majors in Strategic and Change management and often speaks about major transformations. She has over 17 years’ experience leading restructures in multinational organisations including BP, Toll Holdings, Specsavers and PointsBet. Mary-Beth was the recipient of a CIO50 award and winner of the WeQual award for her work in building diversity within the technology sector.
