Susanne Etti is a passionate environmental advocate with a PhD in Natural Science. As Intrepid’s General Manager of Climate, she leads the company’s climate performance, reporting, risk management and decarbonisation initiatives, embedding climate action across the business. Susanne champions a culture of climate consciousness throughout the organisation and is widely recognised as an industry leader in helping drive the travel sector toward a lower-carbon future. In 2023, she was named to the BBC’s prestigious 100 Women of Influence list and is a sought-after speaker and conference panellist. She also mentors through Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project and brings more than two decades of leadership experience across Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia and South America.
