Natasha Mandie is the Founder and CEO of EM Advisory, an independent corporate advisory firm supporting founders, CEOs and boards of high-growth technology businesses through critical moments of growth and change.

With almost 30 years’ experience across strategy, governance, capital raising and M&A, Natasha advises leaders on complex commercial decisions including transactions, succession planning and strategic growth initiatives. She is known for her clear judgement, evidence-based advice and ability to help organisations navigate high-stakes decisions with confidence and alignment.
Under Natasha’s leadership, EM Advisory has become one of Australia’s leading technology advisory firms, specialising in transactions ranging from $10M to $200M.

Natasha is also an experienced non-executive director and adviser, currently serving organisations including Karmo Holdings, Playbill Holdings, Nascence Biomed and Mount Scopus Memorial College.
