Nadine Brew

WILD for STEM

Nadine is the co-founder of WILD for STEM, delivering national women’s leadership programs focused on advancing diversity and representation in STEM. In this role, she leads a small team that has delivered impactful leadership programs across Australia, helping to empower over 150 women in STEM to secure board and senior leadership positions.

Nadine is an experienced drug development executive with a track record of advancing both pre-clinical and clinical stage programs across a variety of drug modalities and therapeutic areas. Her expertise lies in the advancement of early stage therapeutics and supporting the growth of emerging biotechnology companies.

As a recognized leader in STEM and biotechnology, Nadine has played a hands-on role in building early-stage biotech ventures, bridging the gap between university research and commercial outcomes. She also contributes her expertise as a member of the Monash-Breakthrough Victoria Pre-Seed Investment Funding Committee, supporting the evaluation and advancement of high-potential university spinouts.

Nadine holds a PhD in Developmental Physiology from Monash University and has over a decade of research experience in both Australia and the United States. She has served as an observer on multiple boards and completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course, further strengthening her governance capabilities and strategic leadership.
