With over 18 years of experience in aviation spanning government, private sector, and consultancy roles, Michelle brings a diverse range of skills and expertise to the Airservices' Executive team.
Since joining Airservices in 2012, Michelle has played a crucial role in advancing safety-critical operations, regulatory compliance, and business transformation across the organisation.
She has held leadership positions in various functional areas, including safety, engineering compliance, and Service Standards. Michelle brings a strong focus to ensuring our service adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and drives improvements within aviation.
Before her appointment as Chief Aerodromes Officer, Michelle held the roles of Head of Service Standards and previously, Head of PFAS Strategy & Delivery.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Honours from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
