Brooke Mills
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Astraea Technologies
Brooke Mills is the Co-Founder and CEO of Astraea Technologies Pty Ltd, an Australian technology company developing healthcare and human-support technologies for use in extreme environments. As a mother and a neurodiverse leader, she is a strong advocate for building STEMM systems that are designed for real people.
With a background in project management and the start up sector, her philosophies are shaped by lived experience, navigating leadership while balancing motherhood, neurodiversity, and a non-linear career progression. She believes that diversity is a strategic advantage, not a box to be ticked.
Through Astraea, Brooke aims to intentionally create visible pathways in STEMM and flexible, high-trust work environments that enable women and underrepresented talent to thrive in frontier industries.
