With more than 25 years of experience in government and senior leadership roles, Allison has shaped major science and technology strategies, including Queensland’s Quantum and Advanced Technologies Strategy and the Future Queensland Science Strategy. She brings deep expertise in policy, governance, and stakeholder engagement, having worked across government, industry, and research to deliver programs that drive innovation and economic growth. At ARM Hub, Allison works closely with the CEO and Board to advance the organisation’s mission of scaling Australian industry for success in global supply chains. She is passionate about forging collaborations that turn cutting-edge technologies—such as robotics, AI, and quantum—into practical solutions that modernise businesses, create high-value jobs, and position Australia as a leader in advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies.
